Fusion's cost accounting for manufacturing is managed through cost scenarios and cost rollups within the Cost Management module (see also the Inventory module).

Subcontracting and outside processing

Fusion's outside processing model embeds a subcontract purchase order within the work order operation. When an operation is marked for outside processing, a purchase order is automatically generated for the subcontracted service; the receipt of the PO triggers job completion for that operation.
